Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving an order. To maintain the integrity of the collection, items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact. Sale or limited-edition items are considered final and are not eligible for return, preserving the exclusivity of the drop.
How to Return
Reach out to support@degen.media with your order number and reason for return.
A return authorization will be provided with instructions to ensure your package is handled securely.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds reflect the care taken to deliver quality, ensuring you are fully satisfied with the resolution.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for sizing or style adjustments. Once your returned item is received and approved, the replacement will be sent promptly. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact support@degen.media immediately. DEGEN.MEDIA covers shipping costs for replacements or refunds in these cases.
